This involves designing the internal environment contained within the shell. It majorly deals with wall/floor finishes ceiling design furniture pieces and decor selection.

PRODUCT - FURNITURE DESIGNS - PROTOTYPE MODELS

Not only macro spaces we even design products, furniture pieces to detail . Prototype models (miniature models) are done on clients request for better understanding of the design.

LANDSCAPE DESIGNS (PARKS AND OUTDOORS)

We don't limit ourselves with built alone . We design even the unbuilt open spaces and temporary structures like amphitheaters , pavilions, gazeboes , etc...

COMMERCIAL AND RETAIL INTERIOR DESIGNS

We specialize particularly in commercial interior domine, designing IT office spaces (fit outs) , cafes , retail spaces etc..

On a macro scale we understand the context and design urban scape to detail .

Pricing Ethics

We charge as per norms set by C.O.A (Council of architecture)

Licensed Architect

As we are registered licensed architects from Council of Architects, we charge by the norms set by Council of Architects.

Pricing Methodology

In general, Architects charge in different ways i.e. as a percentage of the total construction cost or as a fixed fee with a stipulated sum or as a reflection of the number of hours needed to do the work. Our professional Fees will be directly proportional to the amount of work and Project deliverables.

Guaranteed Satisfaction

we don’t charge for revisions. We work for the user satisfaction. In the due course of time if the requirement changes, i.e., residential to commercial or individual house to apartments, we have to charge separately for revisions. At any point of time there is no policy of refund as the amount is directly proportional to the time and effort we put in designing

Split Payment Mode

The total fees is split into different stages again as mentioned by COA. This is to ensure that we give our deliverables and get the fees. .

Varied Scope and Work

Depending on the scope of work, i.e.,

• Only Architecture or Interior Design

  • Architecture Design + Landscape Design

  • Interior Design + Architecture

  • Master planning + Landscape the professional fees may vary.

  • For Small projects we work with fixed fees also.
